Information on Poster Presentations

  1. Please look up in which poster session your poster presentation is scheduled (Tuesday, 28th: Global Change & Globalisation/Urbanisation and Demographic Change, Wednesday, 29th: Risks & Conflicts/Society & Environment).
  2. All poster presenters are responsible for printing their own posters.
  3. All poster presenters are kindly asked to bring their poster to the POSTER building on the morning (before 10am) of their poster presentation. The actual poster session will take place between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
  4. We hope that all poster authors will be present at their poster for discussion with the visitors of the poster exhibition between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.
  5. During this time we will also serve drinks, giving the poster session the character of a social event.
